Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Return policy
If you change your mind about your order, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the return is approved you will have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the associated order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, please ship the items back to us within 14 days of approval. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There is a return address on the package, the website and we can provide this via email. Note that for returns for change of mind you will need to cover the return shipping costs. You should use a tracked service to ensure your return is traceable and delivered back to us.
International customers – In addition to the above please note that you may need to use an international courier in order to comply with customs regulations and ensure the package reaches us. Again, for returns for change of mind this would be your responsibility as the person shipping the items.
Please also note that postage and tariff (import tax) charges cannot be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of any damage.
Returns for incorrect address
If your package is undeliverable due to the address on the order being incorrect, then it is your responsibility to attempt to recover your order from the post office before it is returned to us. Please note that the address you enter at checkout is the address that will appear on your package label automatically – please check the address in your confirmation email at the time of ordering.
If your order is returned to us and received in good condition you can contact us at info@shadesofcolourdesign.com to request it be reshipped. Please note that you will have to pay for the reshipping charges in full and these may be more than the discounted rate you paid when you ordered. US customers will also have to repay the tariff (import tax) amount.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or electronic downloads where the files have been downloaded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
